I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for the high levels of professionalism and support over the last few months. Working in a variety of venues around the world, I genuinely look forward to running workshops in the Mount conference centre.

It's not just that the facilities are clean and modern or even that the food is first class - rather the subtle ways that you all add value to what I do as a facilitator. Everyone is warm and friendly; from management to people keeping the place clean, which creates a 'family' feel.

You're flexible, meaning it's easy to get in early and get out late to set up (unlike many venues, which force a last minute rush, and stress me out right at the start of the workshop). You all go the extra mile: the room & tables are always set up specifically as I want it without me reminding you, my manuals are stored onsite and brought into the room before I arrive, so I don't have to carry the extra weight and pay the excess baggage and if I need a last minute set of print outs (mid-session!) they're done within minutes.

All these things allow me to concentrate on what I do best, which is creating powerful learning experiences for my clients. It's feels like the Mount is part of the same team as me and I'd be happy to act as a reference for you should anyone else need convincing that you're a first class venue and team.
