With the flexibility of our own in-house chefs and catering staff the Mount has established a reputation for providing high quality cuisine. As all staff are directly employed by the Mount this ensures that there is no compromise on quality and that we can customise our menus to suit any group or individual.

Our daily delegate catering package includes: Tea / coffee & biscuits on arrival Tea / coffee and scones mid morning 2 course lunch including tea and coffee Tea / coffee & biscuits afternoon

In each of the rooms there is fresh water and orange and lime juice available for all the delegates, these are replenished during the lunch time interval.
